"As one of the two lucky winners of Simply Elizabeth’s Halloween giveaway, not only did I win a deep clean of our family home but harmony and priceless peace of mind.

Lauren has such a kind and professional way to her that I was well impressed when she came to introduce herself and to look around the house prior to the cleaning service. Lauren accommodated to our routine and went straight for it as soon as she arrived (on the dot by the way!). I felt very comfortable leaving ours in her hands and came back in the afternoon to an immaculate home! As soon as I stepped in the porch I could tell the wonders, the house felt not only immaculate but oh so fresh. Lauren’s attention to detail is outstanding and as if that wasn’t enough she even tackled the oven and the small appliances in the kitchen. Lauren came well prepared with all of the equipment needed, cleaning products and PPE which was brilliant as I didn’t even have to worry about being stocked up with the essentials.

As if all of the above wasn’t enough, soon after Lauren left I came to our kitchen to find a lovely card, a beautiful bouquet and some very sweet gifts including a colouring book for my wee one. The kindness of her gesture is priceless, honestly! Simply Elizabeth and Lauren gifted us with a true Christmas miracle and I cannot wait to have her back in January.Thank you Lauren and Simply Elizabeth for your generosity, time and attention to every detail☺️"
