It establishes the standard we will maintain moving forward, ensuring the property is brought to a clean, consistent level before any ongoing service begins.

This removes variation from previous cleaning and allows us to operate with clarity and consistency from the start.

This is not a routine clean.

It is a full property reset, designed to set the standard.

    To maintain consistency and clarity, the following are not included unless agreed in advance:

    — Areas not cleared or not accessible

    — Ongoing cleaning during occupancy

    — Specialist or restoration-level work

    Additional work can be quoted separately in line with our pricing system.

  • PRICING

    We operate a point-based pricing system, confirmed following your Initial Reset.

    This allows us to maintain a consistent standard while scaling fairly with property size and condition.

    Starting from:

    — Studio/ 1 Bedroom = £110

    — 2 bedroom = £140

    — 3 Bedroom = £170

    — 4 Bedroom = £220

    — 5 Bedroom = £270

    — 6+ Bedroom = £300

    Final pricing is confirmed following assessment to ensure standards are never compromised.
