    — Maintenance or repair work

    — Specialist cleaning (carpet, upholstery, biohazard, etc)

    — Areas not accessible or in active use during cleaning

    — Any work outside agreed schedule or scope

    Additional work can be quoted separately if required.

    We operate a tailored pricing system based on the size, usage, and requirements of the property or space.

    This included frequency of visits, type environment, and level of use.

    All pricing is confirmed following an initial site assessment.
