    — Internal cupboard and storage units (beyond agreed setup areas)

    — Internal windows and window frames

    — Deep appliance cleaning

    — Areas not cleared or not accessible

    — Specialist or restoration-level work

    Additional work can be quoted separately in line with our pricing system.

    We operate a point-based pricing system based on the size, condition, and requirements of the property.

    All pricing is confirmed following an initial site assessment.
