It brings the main living areas of the home up to a clean, comfortable standard, allowing you to settle in without needing to clean first.

This is ideal for creating a clear starting point in a new space — without working around previous occupancy.

This is not a quick clean.

It is a structured reset within the agreed scope.

    — Full property clean within agreed scope

    — Worktops, external cupboard surfaces, and key touch points cleaned

    — Kitchens and bathrooms fully cleaned and sanitised

    — Dusting and wiping of accessible surfaces

    — Floors vacuumed and mopped throughout accessible areas

    — Skirting and high-use areas brought back to standard

    — General reset of the space

    — Final presentation and quality check

  • WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED

    To maintain consistency and clarity, the following are not included unless agreed in advance:

    — Internal cupboards and drawers

    — Internal windows and window frames

    — Deep appliance cleaning (oven, fridges, etc)

    — Areas not cleared or not accessible

    — Specialist or restoration-level work

    Additional work can be quoted separately in line with our pricing system.

  • PRICING

    We operate a point-based pricing system, confirmed following your Initial Reset.

    This allows us to maintain a consistent standard while scaling fairly with property size and condition.

    Starting from:

    — Studio/ 1 Bedroom = £120

    — 2 bedroom = £145

    — 3 Bedroom = £170

    — 4 Bedroom = £200

    — 5+ Bedroom = £230

    Final pricing is confirmed following assessment to ensure standards are never compromised.
