It brings the main living areas of your home up to our standard, allowing us to maintain it properly moving forward — rather than repeatedly correcting previous cleaning.

This is not a quick clean.

It is a full reset of the space within the agreed scope.

    Our Initial Reset focuses on bringing key living areas of your home up to a professional, maintainable standard.

    — Deep clean of kitchens, bathrooms, and main living areas

    — Worktops, external cupboard surfaces, and key touch points cleaned

    — Bathrooms fully cleaned and sanitised

    — Dusting and wiping of accessible surfaces

    — Floors vacuumed and mopped throughout accessible areas

    — Skirting and high-use areas brought back to standard

    — Final presentation and quality check

    Every clean is delivered using a structured, checklist-led system.

  • WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED

    To maintain consistency and clarity, the following are not included unless agreed in advance:

    — Internal cupboards and drawers

    — Internal windows and window frames

    — Deep appliance cleaning (oven, fridges, etc)

    — Areas not cleared or not accessible

    — Specialist or restoration-level work

    If any additional work is required, it can be quoted separately in line with our pricing system.

  • PRICING

    We operate a point-based system, confirmed following an initial assessment.

    This allows us to maintain a consistent standard while scaling fairly with property size and condition.

    Minimum starting prices:

    — Studio/ 1 Bedroom = £150

    — 2 bedroom = £180

    — 3 Bedroom = £210

    — 4 Bedroom = £240

    — 5+ Bedroom = £270

    Final Pricing is confirmed after assessment to ensure standards are never compromised.
