    We operate a point-based pricing system, confirmed following an initial property walk-through.

    This allows us to maintain a consistently high standard while scaling appropriately with property size or condition.

    Starting from:

    — Emergency / Single Room = £75

    — Studio / 1 Bedroom = £100

    — 2 Bedroom = £130

    — 3 Bedroom = £160

    — 4 Bedroom = £210

    — 5 Bedroom = £260

    — 6+ Bedroom = £300

    These rates included the full guest-ready services: cleaning, laundry, consumables, equipment, quality control, and the Elizabeth Signature.

    Final pricing is confirmed to ensure standards are never compromised.

    For birthdays, anniversaries, honeymoons, or special stays, we offer personalised guest attention to make the occasion feel truly memorable.

    With advance notice, this may include:
